A focus on reviewing and acting on these elements upfront, results in projects that run smoother and faster. This results in fewer financial surprises for the client.
At every stage of construction, we follow a system of quality control. From the initial design and material selection, to framing, to flooring, and to the final walkthrough, we build in multiple quality control checkpoints. These are achieved with detailed walkthroughs with the clients and subtrades, live punch lists, and file management. We pride ourselves on excellent communication.
